@unva.cz Simplifies Your Sing In.

You can create your sign in credentials (e-mail and password) once, then use them everywhere on the myunva.com service. You can even set the site to remember your credentials for you!

At this time you can use your @unva.cz ID (or account) to access UNVA advanced collaboration and communication services powered by Google such as Mail, Calender, Docs, Sites, Contacts and many others.

In near future you can use this @unva.cz account to access to Admission and Registration Services, Money Management Services and many other UNVA online services available to all members including students, faculty, staff, administration, alumni and friends.

Two months ago new management took office in UNVA-Prague, We analyze our problems and came up with many solutions. We invested millions of dollars and we will continue to do so, to improve our University quality and to accomplish our one year Goal - Being the Best and the most advance American Business School in Czech Republic.

One of the areas that we will keep investing in, is our online services and our website. We have a long term improvement plan for our online services as well as our website. We invested and will invest in this area to provide all our students, faculty members, staff, administration, alumni and UNVA friends with the best and the most advanced online experience available to Human kind and Aliens!

The first step was to provide all UNVA members with the most advanced collaboration and communication tool. To achieve this goal, we partnered with Google Corporation to take care of our infrastructure.

We will provide all UNVA members (students, faculty, staff, administration, alumni and friends) with @unva.cz account. This new system, powered by Google, will provide Gmail to our school, as well as a suite of other Google products that will enable our organization to better communicate, share, and collaborate.

The next step is to provide all UNVA members with University Management System (UMA) Online Service, like of:

* Online Application Procedures.
* Online Registration, Add Courses or Drop Course
* Online Money Management (to manage tuition and fees, housing, living expenses, payments online)
* AND Much Much More other Services.

In sum, myunva.com will be your gateway to all UNVA online services available to all members of University of Northern Virginia - Prague.

In the spirit of late-night TV, UNVA is providing you with a top ten list of @unva.cz tips that will help ease your fall load:

10. Go mobile! Stay connected to your @unva.cz e-mail, calendar, chat, and docs with your iPhone, iPod Touch, or BlackBerry. Download a simple application and begin the process. Remember to include “@unva.cz”—no nicknames allowed!

9. Share your docs. Did you know you can work on group papers and projects without leaving your place? Share your docs and collaborate with your work group in a real-time environment.

8. Go-go gadget. Spreadsheet gadgets perk up any report with animated charts and quirky organizational tools. Everyone will think you took hours creating your masterpiece—we won’t tell.

7. Create a Web site. Show off all of the work you’ve been doing, and make a Web site. Sites allow you to create Web pages to share with @unva.cz users with just a few clicks. Remember to select the category you’d like your site to be linked with.

6. Sync your calendar. Never miss a party, class, or big game again—populate your personal calendar and then sync it with other @unva.cz calendars, including the UNVA academic calendar.

5. PDFs made easy. Did you know you can now upload and share PDFs to your documents? You can also save docs, spreadsheets, and presentations as PDFs in the “More actions” menu. No need to purchase pricy Adobe Editor software.

4. Chat. You can now get your @unva.cz chat on within your account using Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome browsers.
